As an author, you can leverage a podcast host's audience and authority, which can go a long way for the visibility and credibility of your book. By being a guest, you can gain exposure for your writing, answer questions about your book, and have content to draw on to create media content in the future. You can transcribe the episode into a blog and share it on your website.
